I just joined a gym today. I caved in and am now forking over 25 bucks every month. Hopefully this will be the motivation I need to get in shape, at least for a little while. My uncle is helping me put together a program. I went to his office for some baseline flexibility and strength measurements. I couldn't even do one push-up without going from my knees. I could barely do ten the "girly" way. I am such a wimp! It hasn't even been 90 minutes and I am already feeling it! I've gotta do something about that...

Hey, I've been working out faithfully since September-ish and I can't even do a regular push up! I can do lots of girl one's, though :)
