First Day of School

I so did not want this summer to end. I had so much fun and wanted to continue living the life of leisure. Especially after visiting the Huntington Library earlier this summer. Anyway, I digress, the first day of school was a lot better than I was expecting. I am now teaching 8th grade as well and 9th and I gotta tell ya, I love 8th graders! They are so willing to participate and some of them actually like the subject and want to be there! I am looking forward to the new school year and all the new things I am going to learn. I just found out my grade for my second summer class in grad school and I got an A! So far my GPA is PeRfEcT!!!

My new favorite TV show just managed to incorporate a Remington Steele and Laura Holt reference. (Probably why it is one of my new favorite shows!) This show is the ultimate in '80s shout outs. Check it out.
